Cancellations

Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Returns

Pre-order items follow our standard return policy unless otherwise noted.
Returns are issued as store credit only.

Combined Orders

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items:

-In-stock items will ship first

-Pre-order items will ship FREE once available

If a pre-order is delayed more than 4 weeks beyond the estimated ship date, a refund option will be offered.
