Shipping Policy

Intensity By Swank tries it’s best to provide its customers with fast and quick shipping services. It takes up to 24 hours to process your order. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Express and international shipping services are offered as well. 

Express shipping orders must be placed before 3pm EST Monday - Friday and your order will be received the next business day. 

Standard shipping is 3-5 business days, usually no more than 3. 

*We are NOT responsible for usps deliveries! Once the order(s) are shipped on our end, we have no control over usps. If usps has your order and you're having any delivery issues please contact usps. They will further resolve any problems.
